Privacy Policy
We collect minimal, website-level data. Your account, payment and chat data are collected and controlled by the independent third-party operator you choose to use, under their own privacy policy.

Data We Collect
XVideos Chat (xvideoschat.com) is an adult video-chat discovery and aggregator service. We are an affiliate platform: our role is to help adults aged 18 and over find and compare independent live video-chat services, and to direct interested visitors to a third-party operator that actually provides those services. We want to be direct about one thing from the outset, because it shapes everything else in this policy: we are not the company that runs the chat, the matching engine, or the video streams, and we do not process any payments. When you decide to register, purchase credits, talk to someone, or stream video, you are doing that on a separate platform operated by an independent third party, under that party's own terms and privacy policy.
Because of that division of roles, the personal information this website handles is genuinely limited. We do not ask you to create an account here. We do not store your name, your billing details, your chat transcripts, your photos, or your video. We could not hand those things over even if asked, because they never reach our servers in the first place. What we do collect falls into a small number of categories:
- Information you send us voluntarily. If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to put in that message: your email address, the contents of your question or complaint, and any details you decide to share. We use this solely to read and respond to you.
- Analytics and usage data. When you browse our pages, our analytics provider records aggregated, largely anonymized signals about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate region, the type of device and browser, and how visitors move between pages. This is described in detail in the Analytics and Usage Information sections below.
- Cookie and consent choices. We store a record of whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies, so that we honor your decision on later visits.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically. Like every website, ours receives basic request information such as an IP address and a user-agent string at the moment a page loads. See the Device Information section for what we do and do not keep.
The contrast worth keeping in mind throughout this document is between what we collect — a thin, website-level layer of analytics and support correspondence — and what the third-party operator collects once you leave our site, which may include account credentials, age and identity verification, payment and billing records, chat logs, and streamed media. That second category is outside our control and is governed entirely by the operator's privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before you register or pay for anything.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use xvideoschat.com. GA4 helps us answer practical questions: which comparison pages are useful, where visitors lose interest, whether the site loads quickly, and roughly which countries our audience comes from. We are interested in patterns across many visitors, not in profiling any single person, and the reports we look at are statistical rather than individual.
We have configured GA4 together with Google Consent Mode v2. In plain terms, that means analytics and advertising storage are set to denied by default when you first arrive. Until you grant consent through our cookie banner, Google's tags operate in a restricted mode: they do not write identifying cookies to your device, and any signals that are transmitted are limited and aggregated rather than tied to a persistent identifier. If you accept analytics cookies, Consent Mode is updated to allow analytics storage, and GA4 then functions normally. If you decline, the restricted state remains in place for the rest of your visit.
GA4 may collect data points such as page paths and titles, referring sites, session timing, general geographic location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser characteristics, and the sequence of interactions during a visit. Google processes this information as our service provider and also for its own documented purposes; we recommend reviewing Google's privacy resources for the full picture of how they handle analytics data. We do not combine GA4 data with any directly identifying information, because we do not hold such information about our visitors in the first place.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website can place on your device so it can remember things between page loads or visits. We try to keep our use of them modest and to give you real control over the optional ones. For full detail, see our Cookie Policy.
Strictly necessary cookies
A small set of cookies (and similar local-storage entries) are needed for the site to work and to remember your privacy choices. Notably, we store your consent decision itself so we do not have to ask you on every page. These are not used for tracking or advertising, and because they are essential they are active without requiring separate opt-in.
Analytics cookies
If — and only if — you accept them, GA4 sets cookies that help distinguish one session from another and measure how the site performs. Before you consent, Consent Mode v2 prevents these analytics cookies from being written in their normal identifying form.
Managing cookies
You can change your decision at any time. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies; you can revisit that choice through the controls we provide on the site. You can also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser settings, and configure your browser to block them. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from functioning, including our ability to remember that you declined the optional ones.
Device Information
When any page on xvideoschat.com loads, your browser automatically transmits certain technical details, as it does to every website on the internet. This includes an IP address, the browser's user-agent string (which identifies the browser type and version and the operating system), screen and viewport characteristics, and language preferences. This happens at the network level and is a basic requirement for delivering a web page back to you.
We do not maintain a standing log that ties this device information to a named individual. Our analytics provider uses a truncated and de-identified form of the IP address to estimate a general location — typically at the country or regional level — and to help filter automated traffic. We use device and browser details mainly to ensure the site renders correctly across phones, tablets, and desktops, and to diagnose display or performance problems. We do not use device fingerprinting techniques to build hidden persistent profiles of visitors. If the third-party operator's service requires more detailed device or verification data once you register with them, that collection is theirs, not ours.
Usage Information
Usage information describes how visitors interact with the site rather than who they are. Through GA4 and our own server-side request handling, we may observe which pages are opened, the order in which they are viewed, how long a session lasts, which links or buttons are clicked, whether a visitor arrived from a search engine or another website, and whether they ultimately followed a link to the third-party operator. Some of these interactions are recorded as analytics events so we can measure, for example, how many people found a comparison page helpful enough to continue.
We use this information to improve the layout and content of the site, to understand which adult video-chat services our audience finds most relevant, to fix broken pages, and to gauge the overall effectiveness of what we publish. It is analyzed in aggregate. Importantly, our visibility ends at the boundary of our own website: once you click through to the operator, we do not see what you do there — what you type, whom you talk to, what you watch, or what you spend. That activity lives entirely with the operator and under their privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
A few outside parties are involved in running this site or in what happens after you leave it. We want to be explicit about each, because the distinction between "our website" and "their service" is the heart of this policy.
The independent video-chat operator
The central third party is the operator of the actual video-chat service we direct visitors to. This is a separate company with its own infrastructure, its own staff, and its own legal obligations. It — not XVideos Chat — registers users, verifies age and identity, runs the matching and chat and video systems, charges for credits or subscriptions, and stores the resulting account, payment, and communication records. We may earn a referral or affiliate fee when visitors sign up or transact with the operator, which is how this informational site is funded. Before you create an account or pay anything, you should read the operator's own privacy policy and terms; your account, billing, and chat data are governed by those documents, not by this one.
Google Analytics 4
As described above, Google acts as our analytics provider. Data collected through GA4 is processed by Google under the conditions and consent state we have configured, including Consent Mode v2.
Hosting and infrastructure
Our website is served through standard web-hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. These providers process the technical request data necessary to transmit pages to you and may keep short-lived operational logs for security and reliability. They act on our behalf and are not permitted to use that data for their own marketing.
We do not sell visitor information to data brokers, advertising networks, or anyone else, and we do not allow the third parties listed here to do so with the limited data they handle on our behalf.
Your GDPR Rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply to the limited personal data we process about you. Under those laws, we must identify a lawful basis for each processing activity:
- Consent. We rely on your consent for non-essential analytics cookies and for GA4 storage. Consent Mode v2 keeps such storage denied until you actively agree, and you may withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.
- Legitimate interests. For strictly necessary site operation, basic security logging, and aggregated measurement that does not depend on identifying cookies, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a functional, secure, and well-understood website — balanced against your privacy, which is why the data involved is minimal and de-identified.
- Responding to your requests. When you email support, we process your message to address your inquiry.
As a data subject you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate data; to request erasure; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability where applicable; and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. In practice, because we hold so little identifiable data, the main records we can act on are your support correspondence and your stored consent preference; requests concerning your account, payments, or chats must be directed to the third-party operator, who is the controller of that data.
Your CCPA Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you specific rights over personal information collected about you. The categories we may collect are limited to internet and electronic activity (such as analytics and usage data), approximate geolocation derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser identifiers transmitted in the ordinary course of loading a page, and the contents of any email you send to support.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; the right to request deletion of personal information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The CCPA/CPRA also gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We want to state plainly: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense the CPRA defines. Because we do not sell or share in that way, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" transaction to opt out of with us — though you can still decline analytics cookies through our consent banner, and we will honor that. To make a request or ask a question about your California rights, contact [email protected]. As with GDPR requests, matters involving your account, payment, or chat data must be raised with the third-party operator that controls that information.
Your Privacy Rights
Privacy laws vary by region, and you may have rights beyond those spelled out above — for example under Canada's PIPEDA, Australia's Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles, or various U.S. state privacy laws modeled on California's. Wherever you are, we aim to honor the spirit of these regimes: you may ask what limited information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, ask us to stop sending you anything you did not request, and raise concerns about how we handle data.
To make any privacy request, email [email protected] and describe what you are asking for. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you (generally between 30 and 45 days, depending on jurisdiction, with extensions only where the law allows). Because we do not run accounts on this website, we may not be able to identify you with certainty; where we cannot verify a request without collecting more data than the request is worth, we may ask for clarification or explain why we cannot act. Again, for anything tied to your registered identity, payments, or conversations, the third-party operator is the correct party to contact, as they hold that data and can verify you through your account with them.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as there is a clear reason to, and our retention periods reflect how little we collect.
- Analytics data. GA4 retains user- and event-level data according to the retention window we configure in the GA4 console, which we set to the shortest practical period (commonly between two and fourteen months). After that window, individual-level records are deleted by Google, while fully aggregated, non-identifying statistics may persist in standard reports.
- Consent preferences. Your stored cookie/consent choice persists for the lifetime of the relevant entry (12 months) or until you clear it, so we can keep honoring your decision.
- Support correspondence. Emails you send to support are kept for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of communications, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course.
- Operational logs. Short-lived server and security logs from our hosting infrastructure are retained briefly for reliability and abuse-prevention purposes and then rotated out.
We do not retain account, billing, or chat data at all, because we never collect it. Retention of that information is determined by the third-party operator under their own policy.
Security
The single most effective security measure on a site like ours is that there is very little sensitive data to protect in the first place. We hold no passwords, no payment card numbers, and no chat content. That said, we still take reasonable, risk-appropriate steps to safeguard the limited information we do handle. We serve the site over encrypted HTTPS connections so that data in transit is protected. We rely on reputable hosting and analytics providers that maintain their own security programs. We limit internal access to support correspondence to those who need it to reply to you, and we keep our software and dependencies reasonably current.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. But because this is a low-data informational platform, the practical risk to you from interacting with our website is correspondingly small. The higher-stakes data — what you register, pay, and say — lives with the third-party operator, whose security practices are described in their own policy and are outside our responsibility.
Contact
This site is intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. If you are not yet 18, please do not use it. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, want to exercise a privacy right, or need to tell us about a concern, email us at [email protected]. We read messages sent there and will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
This policy applies to visitors worldwide, including those in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, and Australia. Wherever you are, the same basic principle holds: this website collects minimal, website-level information, while your account, payment, and chat data are collected and controlled by the independent operator you choose to use. If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version here.
